Environmental Policy

It is the policy of Bell and Webster Concrete Ltd, to conduct all of its business activities in a way that is compliant with all local and national legislation.

This policy is also aimed at a proactive approach for the minimisation of environmental impacts related to our activities.

The implementation of this statement is achieved by the commitment of all Directors, Managers and Employees in the understanding that our business has an impact on the environment.

It is the intention of this policy to be the driving force behind the company’s environmental management system.

The implementation of this policy is achieved by the use of an environmental management system that extends throughout the whole of the Company's activities, in that we manufacture pre-cast concrete architectural building products.

This means we are committed in meeting all regulatory legislation and that we intend to reduce any negative impact that our business processes may have on the environment. It also means that we intend to produce a positive impact on the environment.

This is all achieved by continuous improvement activities, preventive action, recycling, employee training and the setting and review of specific objectives.

The absolute commitment of this policy being, the driving force behind our environment management system.
