1. Design

  • Working with you from the beginning, at Bell & Webster
    we pride ourselves in our commitment to providing
    flexible and cost efficient design prior to any concrete
    being poured.

  • Using a combination of Tekla 3D visualisation tools
    and Asta PowerProject management we can ensure
    production times are aligned with the erection to
    provide a 'just in time'
    delivery of units.

  • Each unit is pre designed to ensure relevant
    Building Regulations (Part E & K) are met.



2. Manufacture

  • Factory controlled manufacturing ensuring consistent quality and superb finishing
  • Adjustable Moulds allowing for curved walls and any window shape
  • Bolt on and cast in services.  We offer the flexibility to include underfloor heating and electrical fittings can be cast into the panels for improved installation.
  • Direct sourcing of sustainable materials from partners located on the same site

3. Load/Offload

  • Units are lifted and installed direct from the lorry resulting
    in a reduction in site deliveries, noise, waste and traffic.

  • Tracking system for quality control ensuring
    each unit is delivered just in time.

  • Improved safety, load/off-load speed with
    A-Frame cradles.



4. Erection

  • RoomSolutions can be a scaffold-less system, cutting costs, improving erection time and providing better
    safety with less personne and services on site.

  • With precast units being delivered and craned
    into position there is less site traffic allowing
    for construction to progress on sites that have
    limited space.

  • Improved site management and reduced risk
    with fewer operatives on site.

5. Bracing & Positioning

  • Providing a method of securing each unit throughout the erection process, enhancing the speed whilst positioning
    components.

  • Each unit is designed to interlock and align with adjacent
    units providing very quick construction.


6. Grouting & Sealing

  • Working in coordination with the erection team to improve the speed of finishing.

  • Internal works can commence very early and work
    in coordination during the erection process.


7. Pod Installation

  • There is no limit to the size of pods to be accommodated.
  • Bell & Webster now offer sourcing and installation of bathroom pods.

8. Slab Insallation

  • Slab or floor/ceiling installation ties the walls together. Prestressed concrete slab installaiton

  • With our prestressing beds we offer spans of up to 8 metres allowing for future proof designs in addition to
    a fast and robust build.


9. Finishing

  • Internal walls and ceilings are finished to our standard class C finish allowing for direct decoration.
