Our RoomSolution system takes precast units which link together to form a cross-wall construction.  Precast concrete wall panels are formed to suit design requirements allowing for any shape of window or wall.  Our off-site modular building techniques, internal walls and ceilings are manufactured in a high quality finish which is suitable for direct decoration with minimal preparatory work, relieving the need for plaster finishes.  Cost savings not only arise from internal finishing but we work with you as a partner to effectively lower construction times delivering further savings but also adding revenue with earlier opening for business.
